New leather love seat w recliners. All the amenities needed for cooking at home. Few steps away from pool! Unit is right next to it! 10 mins away from I75 to get to Fort Myers beach, which is only a 30min drive!! 5min drive to the beautiful Shell Factory. 20 minutes from Punta Gorda and FT Myers Airports. Grocery store is 1 mile down the road. Minutes from Pine Island and Matlacha
