The rooms were nice. The lobby was great. The hostess was good. The only thing I can say is that the room was smelt a little musty but it was very clean Also, there wasn't any discussion about the breakfast. It was just maybe less than average in the coffee was really bad

Check in was not smooth, our friends were first given someone else's room and an hour later another guest was given their room. Our room was not clean, found garbage and chips under the bed.

Overall great. But few hiccups, easily fixed... Coffee maker was missing parts so no coffee. 😱😱😱. Tripped on the rug inside the door (poorly set) which is fine for me, but could be dangerous for those less stable on their feet. No elevator—pack light. Original room was deadbolted from the inside so had to leave my bags in the hallway (no elevator) and run down to get another room. All resolved in minutes, but if you have a hard time walking ( like one guy huffing and pausing to get to the second floor) All extremely minor inconveniences, but they do add up to a crossed eyebrow now and again.

Its not that i didnt like it, the only thing was bathtub was dirty because it had some hair in it and ring around the drain and sofa had garbage and socks under it. Other than that it was nice.

my husband was doing first day out of his PT boot and had difficulty walking. The clerk was flustered and took a long time figuring out our reservation. I should have made her start all over when she eventually told us that we were up in 217. all the way down and then up stairs. to make it even more inconvenient, a company pickup had parked into the slot right at the end of the sidewalk on east end. His tailgate covered where we needed to walk. We were forced to walk over the rocks which was difficult for us. He remained there all evening and sat out in his pickup with his radio on very loud.

We loved the option of 2 King beds in one room for our family. The room was nice and quiet with a good size fridge. Unfortunately there was no elevator, so we needed to make several trips carrying all of our things up and down the steps. The beds were much firmer than we like. The pool was warm, my granddaughters enjoyed it.
