We stayed in a jaccuzi tub king suite, and it was fabulous. The tub was nice and clean and very reasonably priced. Hotel staff was very friendly, and breakfast/coffee was great in the mornings!

2nd time staying, 1st time hotel was under renovation and this time staff told housekeeping wrong room number and she walked in room at 8am and woke us up…not very happy about that but will be back cause hotel only 3-4 blocks away from the family we r visiting.

Overall the stay was good. Staff were friendly. Breakfast options were minimal but that's okay. Unfortunately our non-smoking room had a distinct cigarette smell. We did notify the front desk and they apologized.

Poor hospitality
Overall it was a good stay. The bedding was slightly stained but my main issue is we had the whirlpool suite when my fiancé went to use it some bubble ran over the side nothing major enough to clean up with 1 towel but the side of the tub had loose panels that allowed water to get under the tub and leak through a vent and now they are trying to charge me $250 for something that could have been avoided if their equipment was up to par.
