Renovated 2 bedroom log cottage on a quiet crescent. Open concept kitchen/living room with new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Sleeps 6. Ideal for family summer or winter getaways. Located only steps from the cottage is a host owned waterfront lot with lakeside deck, providing guests private access to the sandy beach of Lake Nipissing. Enjoy swimming, water sports, boating, fishing and stunning sunsets. Large grassy front/backyard with BBQ and firepit. Walking distance to restaurants/shops and a 5 minute drive to the marina and casino.

Guests have free us of stand-up paddleboards, canoe, kayaks and a peddleboat.

North Bay has a now short-term rental law in effect. This is one of only 7 legal short-term rentals in the City and the only whole home on waterfront. Licence number #2023-8713
