This home is uniquely positioned on a large block in a quiet neighbourhood, while still within walking distance to the CBD, and all furnished in family friendly luxury.

Overlooking Bay Ridge Estate, this modern solar passive home is your ideal coastal family getaway.

Situated on Batemans Bay’s North Shore, Bay Ridge offers unparalleled convenience, being your first stop when travelling from Canberra or Sydney. A quiet and leafy setting, only a 20 minute walk across the new bridge to the centre of Batemans Bay, and only a 2 minute drive to the North Bridge Boat ramp.

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, there’s garage space for 4 vehicles, along with a large motor court for your boats/jetskis/caravans.

THE HOME: Open plan and featuring large north facing windows, this home is flooded with light and warmth throughout the day, and as the sun goes down you can light the fire in your inbuilt fireplace.

Your large central kitchen and island bench overlook the 8 seater dining room and spacious lounge (with convertible sofa bed), all opening onto your sun drenched alfresco with BBQ. The dedicated office space means you can take care of any business while away.

The large freestanding garage features a projector with streaming apps, ping pong, board games and other activities, and opens up to the fully fenced 650m2 grass backyard.

There are also many child amenities, with a high chair, childrens cutlery and bowls/ plates, portacot, bath toys, toy chest and books.

Master suite: King bed with oversized reading chair, walk in robe and ensuite. Sliding door opens onto deck.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed and built in robe

Bedroom 3: Triple bunk (double on base, single on top), and large built in robe.

As mentioned, there is also a sofa bed for your convenience with linen upon request. We can provide this for an additional $50 per stay, or it is included free of charge for bookings of 8 people or more.
