Things started off poorly when I got up from my workout, only to find out there’s no gym. That’s on me, I’ll admit, but most places have something. Then I came down for breakfast, only defined a small assortment of breads and yogurt. When I asked, about other breakfast items, I was told they only put them out on the weekend because they don’t have enough people during the week. But they advertise as serving breakfast, and a bagel and some yogurt doesn’t qualify in my books. The next day was Saturday, so I went back down for breakfast. The only addition to the poultry offering from the previous day was some pre-fabricated scrambled egg patty of some sort, not even worthy of a McDonald’s. Dreadful. And then, to top it all off, they didn’t make up my room. It’s a pet peeve of mine, I’ll admit , but it’s a minimum standard in my book. Prices have only gone up and service has gone down.

The lock on my door was broken. I didn't even have to use my key card to open the door. All I had to do is push it open. That is why I didn't feel safe.

Clean, convenient and the price was right for us.
This motel was very well maintained, clean and the staff were kind and helpful. It was a great place for us near the highway but quiet. We would definitely stay there again, as we have relatives nearby.

You get what you pay for…
I booked this room to attend a 3-day off-site training for work. I arrived around 11:30pm on Monday September 30th. I checked in at the Comfort Inn and upon seeing my room I was disappointed. I just flew in from Seattle and had to be up early for the work training at 9am on Tuesday. I didn’t have time to change rooms that night. It looked as though there was a break in in the past. The chain on the door was “secured” with an off the shelf hex screw. There were also damage to the door frame. In addition, there was a stain on the chair seat. There was a stain in the drawer. The air from the A/C smelled bad and the air filters for the A/C were filthy. There was rust on one of the lamps as well as rust and dirt on the metal tissue cover in the bathroom. Spend a little more money and stay at a different hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in room 327. The bathroom in our room was not very clean. The bathtub was dirty and the toilet seat is peeling. The drawers for the clothes were dirty. The mirrors were dirty. There are no hooks/towel bars to hang any towels or washcloths on. The bathroom door was difficult to close. The noise level was okay, except we were at the end of the hall, by the stairs, and we could hear people talking and walking in the stairwell and the door would “slam” when it closed. The beds were comfortable, though.
