I really wish I read the reviews before coming to Gangsters paradise. The top line stating 'loitering thugs' pretty much says it all. The receptionist was behind a sheet of glass and would not allow anyone inside the front office after dark. Once I was given my room, I went to the other side of the building where I was greeted by several guys in the parking lot and on the upper balcony that I would not want to meet in a dark alley. Myself and my kids were too tired to back out, so we quickly got into our room and locked the door. Unfortunately this wasn't the end of problems. I could hear everyone footstep and noise in the room above and the rooms to the side. The room above was up till at least 3am playing music, and having loud sex. Fortunately my kids were fast asleep for this. All of this happened on a Tuesday night.
Needless to say, I cancelled the rest of my nights at this place. I can't imagine what it would be like on a weekend.
The place is cheap, the room is functional and appears clean, but otherwise it ain't worth staying at. You will regret it, I assure you.
