The rooms are loaded with mold and they dont care. It is a health issue for people. The hvac syatems dont work correctly and they have people painting over the mold. The cutomer service is terrible. It was the worst experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Riu Palace Aruba.We’ve been to Aruba a few times but never stayed here. From checkin to checkout the staff was friendly, helpful & efficient. All day long we saw staff cleaning &maintaining this huge hotel. For a huge hotel it seemed like a sweet small town. The beach was lovely.The nicest in Palm beach.There are always lounge chairs! You do not have to get up at the crack of dawn running for chairs! Riu attendants are happy to assist you if needed.The pool was meticulously scrubbed every morning. Our housekeeper Shadeen was excellent. Our room was fresh every day. Our in room fridge was stocked every day. The room was spacious, though somewhat dated but had a very nice veranda and a beautiful view of the pool & ocean. It was great to wake up to that every day. The restaurants were very good with a variety of offerings for every taste.The hotel’s asst manager was in the buffet restaurant most evenings chatting with us and many guests making sure everything was to your liking. Being an all inclusive, there are several restaurants to choose from and all are worthy. You will never be hungry. In fact, I gained at least 5lbs! The bartenders are fast & friendly and make a nice Aruba Ariba 😊 If you bring a refillable cup they will make your drink right in the cup. I had a 24oz thermal cup so I was happy all the time. The hotel is walkable to shops and other restaurants in town.It was a great stay at Riu.We love Aruba- truly One Happy Island!

Nice, quiet resort. All inclusive so food was just ok. Buffet was edible. Rooms were very clean but floors could be slippery if condensation built up. High humidity the week I was there made it difficult to keep the floors dry. Staff weren't overly friendly. We had rain for 2 days and no special activities were going on. Overall, a nice place.

Excellent hotel, everything inclusive. Room minibar was free, and stocked daily. We had a massive room with a huge balcony with a side view of the pool area and the end view was the ocean. A truly magnificent postcard perfect view. The beach magnificent. Even with wind, there were no waves, perfect sand. Absolutely gorgeous in all respects. Will come again.
