I would absolutely come here, without any hesitation, for our next couple visit. The only areas that needed improvement were very minor, so it didn't bother us at all. Our shower seemed to be missing a door, so water splashed everywhere outside of the shower. The controller arrows and 'ok' for the HDMI source 1 (tv apps) never worked, so we could only watch cable. Neither issue was a big deal at all, so we did not notify the property of this during our stay. This property was SOOOO quiet, it was a nice retreat from our loud, busy lives. The entire property is gorgeous and leaves you with such a sense of tranquilty. The pool and solarium are a wonderful area to take a break from salt water. There are beaches close by that are within walking distance.

My bf and I went to Aruba for the first time and stayed at Ocean Z. From the moment we arrived, Maria was so friendly and accommodating! She made us feel like VIP the whole time we were there. The property and our room were impeccably clean. If you’re looking for a place that is away from the hustle and bustle of the big hotels, we highly recommend staying here. It’s best to rent a car as we needed to rely on cabs to get around.

Ocean Z Boutique Hotel – A Romantic Hidden Gem If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic escape on the quieter side of Aruba, Ocean Z Boutique Hotel is it. Tucked away on the northern coast, it’s perfect for couples wanting to disconnect and focus on each other. The atmosphere is intimate, serene, and far from the busy resort crowds. Breakfast was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Dinner was just as impressive. We highly recommend planning at least one night in; it was one of our favorite meals on the island. Arashi Beach, our go-to, is just minutes away, and the hotel offers complimentary rides, which made beach days effortless. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, with a super comfy bed, rose petals and champagne on arrival, and a stunning outdoor shower. Every detail felt intentional and elevated the stay. We had zero complaints and are already recommending Ocean Z to friends. Just a heads-up: taxis can take 20 minutes since it’s up north, so booking ahead helps. A truly special place—romantic, relaxing, and worth every moment.

This is one of the best hotels at which I have ever stayed. The staff is beyond excellent. The food at the hotel restaurant was fabulous. We had never been to Aruba so we were so happy we picked the ocean z. It is a small quaint hotel but very close to all the action. We rented a car and the parking was free. We met some amazing staff including Carolina, Maria and Andres. It was our anniversary and they made it so special with decorations in our room and in the restaurant. It was absolutely the best of the best.

Honeymoon getaway.

Stayed here on our honeymoon. Place was amazing. Maria was extremely helpful and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Its quiet but convenient to the higher energy parts of the island. Great sunsets and the beaches right across the street are not as crowded and have good snorkeling. The included breakfast was wonderful and we also enjoyed dinner and drinks at the restuarant. This is a very small, very nice hotel and they took great care of us.
