Our boutique style condo complex is located in the exclusive section of Aruba, near Palm Beach and Arashi Beach. This luxurious and spacious 1 bedroom Aruba condo is located 1/2 mile from the Marriott hotel beaches and the high rise hotels and Tierra Del Sol 18 hole championship golf course.

The truth is All units are the same size and we ALL have view of the pool and we ALL provide same amenities like beach chairs, towels, coolers and inside information about restaurants and attractions.

Our ground floor unit is located right next to the waterfall
It is fully renovated with a beautiful kitchen and spa like bathroom, as shown on the pictures.

The courtyard is true tropical oasis with a winding 80 feet swimming pool with its very own waterfall, palm trees, tropical gardens, gazebo, dining area, BBQ, and lots of warm breezes, bright sun and blue skies. It’s absolutely beautiful here morning, noon, and night!

Stay once and you won’t ever want to stay anywhere else.

The condo is fully furnished and elegantly decorated in a soft neutral tones featuring big screen TV with Nextflix and brand new bedroom. Has a living room with furniture, spa like bathroom with 6 feet walk-in shower. See pictures.
It provides all the comforts including a stocked kitchen with granite counter-tops, full size fridge, gas stove and oven, very comfortable king size bed, open concept with balcony overlooking the pool.
It also includes TV, in the living room.
Beach chairs and cooler to bring with you to the beaches.

This fabulous condo is located very close to beaches, the California Lighthouse, golfing, casinos, shopping, cinemas, fine dining and just about every water sport imaginable. The complex is very safe and very private. Of the 26 luxury units, most are owned as vacation homes by Canadians, Americans, or Dutch.

We provide great accommodations and everything you need to make your stay in Aruba enjoyable. Upon reserving, we will supply you with maps, directions and even a list of the Top 10 restaurants in Aruba. It includes all the “must see” attractions. This was our first time in Aruba, the pool area was nice and relaxing both in the hot sun and cool evening! The condo was perfect for what needed. It was nice to be able to use the beach chairs and cooler to take with us out for the day! Very close to delicious restaurants!

The Wacamaya Condos are very nice.
We had a great stay at the Wacamaya Condos. The property is very nice & safe. It is a gated condominium complex with a large packing lot & a nice pool area. The location is great. A rental car is definitely recommended. Everything is very close by. The beach chairs & noodles that were provided were very much appreciated. We were able to enjoy quite a few different beaches knowing that we had the proper beach neccessites. Overall it was a great vacation.

Island Paradise
Our week at Marianne’s condo was absolutely perfect! The location is off of the busy Palm Beach strip which what we were wanting. The pool and grounds are well maintained, and the condo owners/tenants were a pleasure to meet. A rental car is highly recommended - as is comfortability navigating the many, many roundabouts. Excellent, easy to access secured parking on site. The beach towels, chairs and coolers were used daily and greatly appreciated! Thanks for sharing your property with us, Marianne :-)

It was on the ground floor next to a beautiful pool. All the other guests were very friendly and helpful. The several gas grills made it easier for anyone to prepare dinners. Our kitchen had first class appliances that would have made any home owner proud to have. Very clean and quiet comfortable. Would stay again.

Fantastic stay!
We've been to Wacamaya many times, usually in a different unit, and we are so glad we stumbled upon Marianne's place. We felt at home! Marianne is quick on the response and a pleasure to communicate. The unit is immaculate and updated, the kitchen comes with all convenience of your home, the shower has excellent pressure, and the king-size bed is an asset for tall folks. The apartment is adjacent to the pool, perfect for an enjoyable morning with a cup of coffee or a peaceful afternoon. Beach chairs, towels, cooler, plastic cups are all provided. All you need to do is get up early and head out to the closeby beach - many choices. Marianne, thank you kindly for sharing your home with us. We look forward to our next stay.

Quiet retreat
We enjoyed our weeks stay in this condo minutes from Palm Beach, the high rise hotels and so many restaurants. This one bedroom first floor was spacious enough for the two of us. The rooms were comfortable with a/c and the fans running. The kitchen was adequate. We only ate breakfast there and would use a supplied cooler to bring our lunch and beverages to the beach. The pool area is charming and very relaxing place to sit around. You should bring insect repellent because mosquitoes find their way in even though we never left the doors open except to enter or leave the condo. We would go back.
