Here you will stay in the center of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, and enjoy the view over the roofs of the island from your excellent apartment. The location is quiet, and from here you need not go far to the sea, which is barely 2 kilometers away: either, you are drawn to the Atlantic coast or the Bay of Bourgneuf. A forest and a series of dunes stretch along the fine sandy beaches, the entire island nature invites you to outdoor activities at any time. Look forward to hiking, cycling, beach sailing and various water sports.

There is a possibility to connect the two apartments FVE279 and FVE280. There is a door between both terraces that can be opened so that both apartments are connected - Ideal for vacation as a larger group.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

L’appartement est idéalement situé. Il est propre et bien décoré. L’accueil est très agréable et la remise des clés facile.

Bon rapport qualité prix en plein centre de Noirmoutier
Logement très propre, bien agencé sur rdc + 1er étage, bien équipé, à l’entrée de la rue piétonne principale, 200 m du loueur de cycles et 10 mn des plages à vélo. U express à deux pas largement suffisant pour le ravitaillement. Très bonne rôtisserie à 50 m. Une terrasse sans vue mais sympa avec banquette, transat, une table pour déjeuner avec une plancha. Les points négatifs sont le restaurant juste en dessous dont l’arrière cours / cuisine dégage inévitablement du bruit et des odeurs, sur la terrasse, mais surtout odeurs très prononcées dans le couloir du local à vélo, et la pompe à chaleur du restaurant qui ronronne dès lors que vous êtes en terrasse ou dormez fenêtre ouverte. Enfin j’ai laissé la chambre avec lit double à mes filles, le canapé du salon relève du plutôt d’un lit d’appoint, très ferme, et limite pour mon mètre quatre-vingt-dix. Le bilan est positif, mais il me semble honnête d’apporter ces précisions.

Très bon séjour
Accueil très sympathique Très belle location, conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Très propre, belle terrasse équipée de transat et table jardin. Cuisine équipée, très beau salon. Grande et belle salle d'eau. Seul petit point négatif : la cuisine se trouve au RDC. Tout l'appartement est refait à neuf. Situé en plein centre très agréable.
