It is located on the 4th and last floor (without elevator) and enjoys a dominant view. Well exposed south west, it is very bright, its decoration is refined.
It consists of two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm double bed by Simmons, the other with 2 single beds by Sealy and Bultex and the living room is made up of a quality convertible sofa bed.
It includes an entrance hall, an open-plan kitchen open to the living room and equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, Rosières hobs and everything you need for cooking.
Bright bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
Possibility to park for free at the bottom of the building.
