The hotel was great. Room was large, bed comfortable. The staff was super friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was great qnd we enjoyed dinner as well. We stayed here shortly before and during Tet, so was odd in that it was like us qnd maybe two other families our first night. The restaurant was open during Tey which was a blessing as almost nothing in town was. Really glad we stayed here

The property was great - definitely one of the nicer ones in the area. We struggled with planning custom itineraries with the staff since none of the pre-planned tours fit the locations we wanted to go to. We had hope that the hotel could help us organise drivers to and from locations, but they couldn't help with that. The amenities of the hotel was nice since it had multiple pools. We just wished we had stayed a bit longer so we could take advantage of them all.

Very clean hotel, huge rooms and good amenities. Very professional staff, our check-papers were ready and all 6 rooms for our group were assigned on the same floor I wish we had more time at this hotel. On checking out, the staff gave us 12 water bottles and that was a sweet gesture

Fabulous people including Ha and the pregnant lady on reception. Rally nice hotel with terrible lighting in the rooms and literally in the middle of building sites and abandoned new builds. However really nice, lovely pool area, warm indoor pool, great big room with 4 windows and fabulous helpful people. Made us feel like we were their own personal guests. Thank you. Susan
