We offer you our large studio (30m2) adjoining our house. located near the city center, in the hills (the "garrigues") above the urban center, at 1200m. you will be in a private, enclosed property, where you can park your car.
This studio, in very good condition, offers you all the comfort; it opens onto a private terrace (15 m2), equipped, protected by a banner, just above the swimming pool (deckchairs); it has an air conditioner.
You will be in a green setting (surrounding trees, garden), very quiet, ideal for rest and relaxation.
You can enjoy the historic city of Nîmes (15 minutes on foot - or 5 minutes by bus) and shine on the very attractive region (Arles, Avignon, Uzès, .... or the Camargue and its beaches, even the Cévennes).
During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Herbes Square. You'll find features like an outdoor pool. A kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms are available in the villa.

Very local neighborhood
Halima is a very good hostess. The family were very accommodating and friendly. She even went out and got us a new television. We enjoyed visiting with her and her family. (I speak French.) The house was difficult to find even with Google maps, but once we found it, no problem. The number 8 is out of sequence and the entrance is actually the entrance to 8A to 8E. Don't try try it in the dark. Very close by is a laundromat, a very good boulangerie, and a Carrefour supermarket. The house does not have a washing machine. Several times the hot water ran out during the day. I never asked Halima why. For early morning showers there was never a problem. The swimming pool looked very nice, way too cool to use it in April. Maybe in July or August. Overall, a nice stay and we would go back.

We found the accommodation was clean, comfortable and contained all facilities we expected. We enjoyed our stay very much. However we were surprised that the pool was shared with the owners family and suggest the website should make this clear so we knew before making the reservation.

Ländliche Idylle in Nîmes !
Wir sind begeistert von der natürlichen Umgebung der Unterkunft und dem Komfort der italienischsten Stadt Frankreichs. Das Panorama mit dem Pool, den Natursteinmauern und dem vielen Grün des alten Baumbestandes ist eine Augenweide und lässt einen nach Ausflügen immer wieder gerne zurück in die kleine Oase in einem ruhigem und wohlsituiertem Viertel kommen, das am am Besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist. Unsere zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft waren durchweg positiv und sehr angenehm. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen und freuen uns auch auf ein Wiedersehen mit den äußerst rücksichtsvollen Vermietern, denen unser Dank gilt!

Description et photos conforment au logement. Studio très bien équipé. Cadre idéal verdoyant et calme. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Il faudrait juste modifier sur l'annonce Arènes à 6 mn à pied car c'est un peu plus loin mais je recommande vivement ce logement.

Séjour au calme avec terrasse ensoleillée face à une piscine toujours à disposition. Bien que studio accolé à la maison des propriétaires, nous tenons à souligner la grande discrétion de ces derniers...qui restent néanmoins, à notre demande, présents pour tous renseignements concernant la région ou autres. Bibliothèque dans le studio, avec différents thèmes de lecture. Tout est fait pour le confort et les loisirs des locataires. Nous recommandons cette location située dans un contexte très calme et plein de verdure,.

Endroit très agréable à 1/4 d'heure à pied du centre ville avec un arrêt de bus en bas de la rue. On a pourtant l'impression d'être à la campagne dans un décort très arboré (avec piscine pour la belle saison...) Studio propre, clair et bien équipé. Une grande TV ultra-moderne dans un salon confortable. Des propriétaires charmants et discrets. WI-fi et réseaux performants. Parfait !
