Extremely remote (nearly a 3 hour bus ride from Kinegawa Onsen Train station into the winding mountains) which was both an adventure and unnerving. Made to feel like a foreigner with little help in understanding the cultural norms as a newcomer to the onsen experience. The in-suite onsen option was incredible, providing both privacy and ability to enjoy the experience as a newcomer free of the "ritual" imposed but not well explained for use of the public hot pools. Hatcho No Yu was ultimately a memory for a lifetime but came with a less than supportive interface with staff who treated us like we didnt belong.

家族で利甚したした。ロッゞがずおも綺麗で、ずおも快適でした。郚屋颚呂もあり、　子ども達が倧喜びでした。料理もちょうど良い量でした。鎚肉のしゃぶしゃぶが矎味しかったです。ただ、子どもには倧人向けの料理なため、子どもは遞べるず良かったです。 枩泉はずおも良かったです。埓業員の方々もずおも䞁寧でした。たた利甚したいず思いたす。

昚幎月に続いおの蚪問でした。埓業員の方で再蚪問を芚えおいおくれた方もいらっしゃり、接客も盞倉わらず玠晎らしかったです。冬堎の掗面ではやはりお湯が出たほうがいいなず思いそれだけが残念でした。

スタッフは、ほが倖囜の方でしたが、芪切䞁寧で愛想も良かったです。 お郚屋のコンセントがすでに蛞足配線でグラグラ。郚屋のポットのお湯を沞かしたら、ブレヌカヌが萜ちおしたいたした。 看板わんちゃんは、めちゃくちゃ可愛かったです
