This is lovely hotel and has a little shared onsen we used for our 2 nights of stay. It is quiet and peaceful as not alot of guest when we checked in. We had a restful stay. The hotel personnel were always polite and helpful. Arigato!!
It has good location just opposite the world heritage shrines.
Highly recommended.👍
Little hotel a little bit far away from everything. The wifi was not working in my room and the whole room seems a little bit old and old fashioned. Still charming though. The hotel is a little bit afar from the bus station and their a just few restaurants around and they close early . Luckily a conviennent store was 5 min away. The lake of Nikko is 45 min away in bus . Not 10 minute . I think they need to improve the quality of the mattress they put in the room they are too thin and it can be a problem for people who got back pain . The staff is charming , nice and speak English , they were adorable. The bath is also quiet and clean and it was a nice experience. I can just advice you to skip the terrible breakfast they gave you . Really. Don't eat that . My experience was bittersweet I was expecting better but it was still not bad . Maybe a little bit costy for the overall package
