A pleasant surprise! Very nice room, almost spa like - spacious, clean, nice robes. Bed was not as comfortable, but ok for one night. Staff very cordial and accommodating. Casino was a little small but perfect for the area and was very clean. Nice that it pays out :-) Breakfast in buffet was average - can't assess on other food options there, as only a quick overnight. Will definitely make it a stopover when traveling that direction!

Love the availability for the handicap scooter rentals that made life so much more pleasant to get around. Discount for breakfast buffet. Beautiful country side views. The rooms are very spacious and most beds are comfortable. All in all love that you make seniors young and older most comfortable and looking forward to going to one of the shows you guys have of the famous 60’s 70’s and so on groups who sing all our favorites from that era. Thank you for all you and your staff.

The pool was, I believe heated and spotless. What a nice surprise ! The jacuzzi was also spotless ! Room was comfy and clean. The sports bar was perfect and the bartender was friendly and prompt. I’d definitely stay again.

The manager at Coasters bar was extremely rude when we asked to have flatbread pizza taken off bill because we took a bite and both of us thought it was terrible. He then proceeded to make unwelcome advances on young waitresses at the end of bar. We might go to Tioga again but never to Coasters.

My family and I have been enjoying staying at Tioga Downs for over the last two years. It is conveniently located near my daughter’s college in Ithaca. Our last two trips however, have been a disappointment. On one trip day 1,my daughter’s shower flooded and we lost hot water and we’re unable to take showers the following day the hot water went out again. There was never any notice for management . Our last trip just a week and a half ago the elevators constantly smelled of marijuana, and apparently due to a cooking staff shortage PJ Clark’s was only accepting people with reservations, even though there were only two tables seated at the time, this was very frustrating because that was one of the main reasons we decided to go up there. The hotel is truly nice and has great potential. I just feel like management isn’t keeping up on the small details. I understand staffing problems for sure. Specially located in such a remote area, but the scenery along the Susquehanna river is quite Beautiful. I definitely want to come back. I just hope they pay attention to some more of the minor details.
