Tle location of the hitel was quite convenient, basically a stone trow away from the main train station, however the quality of the hotel was avarage, good enough for spending the night, nithing more than that..

This hotel is good for single occupancy. Rooms are very small. Inadequate space to keep clothes and other items. The WC flush takes a long time to refill and the flow of hot water is very slow. The location of the property is very good. 5 mins walk from the station and has a very comfortable bed and very clean room.

This was a nice hotel for the price. The bathroom and shower were very tiny but did the job. We had a small problem of ants in the bathroom and mentioned it to the door staff. They said they would send up someone to check but no one ever did. They did compensate us for the inconvenience with a free breakfast which was very tasty and much appreciated

My special request for a room away from a lift was totally ignored and I was given a room right beside it. The lift was dreadfully noisy and being in the centre of the building it probably managed to disturb guests in several rooms. I was unlucky enough to have a screaming child one side of me and a couple who chatted loudly and slammed cupboards at 2am on the other! , this I could hear clearly through earplugs- the walls are like tissue paper! The wifi was very slow and unreliable due to frequent disconnections and took a long time to restore. The bathroom had an adequate shower cubicle but a ridiculously small wash basin that was hard to access as a bulky cabinet hung low over it. Being 6ft I found it easier to kneel on the floor when using it. The fixed plug was hard to fathom when trying to fill the bowl as it wouldn't create a seal. Toiletries were not replaced every day. As for the plus points, a comfortable bed, easy to use safe and fridge available. The multi channel TV had one channel in English. Reception staff were unwelcoming and unaccommodating, this has much changed since my first stay here around fifteen years ago.

It was very close to the train station so its very convenient for taking day trips to other towns in the French Riviera. The hotel room was small but clean and well furnished. The staff was very nice. The hotel is a walkable distance from the city center

Very nicely located hotel within the train station and many restaurants options. Easy walking distance to les promenade des anglais. My only complaints is the internet connection is horrible and literally nonexistent. If they would upgrade the internet, I would have given them a 5 stars!

It’s an ok hotel, Perfect location if you just need somewhere to base, while you spend your trip around Nice/The French riviera. It’s right by the train station, round the corner from the bus stops, tram stops and a 10 minute walk to the tram station ( that goes to the airport). The room itself a is not the greatest..The bathroom had a bit of a smell ( I feel this was because it was linked to other rooms bathroom because you can hear you neighbour flush) the WiFi didn’t work which was very annoying when leaving, looking under my bed to make sure k didn’t leave anything I found rubbish under the bed. ( definitely not mine)

We spent 4 nights at this nice hotel (September 11 - September 15) and had a very pleasant stay. The room / bathroom was clean and tidy; housekeeping was good and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They all speak English. The area was very convenient- just a brisk 1 minute walk from the Avenue Massena, and a 10 minute walk from Place Massena. The neighborhood seemed quite safe and very peaceful and quiet at night. We're happy to recommend this property.

Great location, easy to check in and out. The rooms were very small and the bathroom was extremely tiny, it was great for one night but I wouldn't stay there if you are booking for more than one night

Good faculties, everything you need for short stay
Staff let us check in early for free when we arrived and held our bags at the end of the trip before our late flight home which was a life saver. Bed was comfy, although bathroom was really small! Overall happy with our stay!

Very clean room and friendly staff. Basic room but was perfect as a base for us to explore Nice and Monaco. The room had a safe and staff also allowed us to store luggage in a locked room after we checked out before our late flight home which was a god send. The hotel is really central location. It's about 5 minutes walk from the train station and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop.

Location of this hotel was perfect if you want to explore Nice. Right next to the tram station which can take you to the main attractions. Room is tidy although tight but we didn't stay in our rooms that much anyways. Only downside are the breakfast options, not included with 10 euros per person per day and offers very limited options.

I booked a normal room but they gave me a loft room which is low ceiling and has a 1.6m high beam in the middle of the room - my head accidentally bumped onto the beam for several times during my two nights of stay. In addition, the WiFi was extremely poor - I couldn’t normally use WiFi at all.
