Ok

Pros: The location
Cons: The bath and sink did not drain properly and one of the chairs was broken and collapsed.
Location: Near to the centre, about a 10min walk.
Overall it was ok, friendly staff, good location, big room and a nice rooftop pool, but also some negatives like dodgy plumbing, broken furniture and a stained mattress which you wouldn't expect in a 4 star hotel.

Good location, Great Staff

Hotel was easy to get to from the airport and sits more or less opposite the tram stop. It's about a 10-15 walk to the sea front and about a 10 min walk to the nearest train station to take you into Cannes, Monaco or Eze. It was clean and the roof top bar views are great. Good staff also help, Ryad just to name one was awesome. Would recommend it for the price, location and facilities!

Third trip but disappointed

I've stayed at this hotel a few times because it's in a relatively quiet and accessible area. I also had enjoyed all my previous visits, but I'm not sure I will return. To start with the positive, the staff have always been helpful and friendly. The rooms are also a good size. Unfortunately, the rooms seem to be less well-maintained than in previous years. The air conditioning wasn't working. Not a huge issue in April, but our room directly faced the sun all day and got very stuffy and hot. We kept the curtains shut but obviously when the room was cleaned the cleaners would open them again. Our TV also stopped working, but a repairman fixed it within minutes. He said he hoped the air conditioning would be on the next day, but it wasn't. The one day we wanted to go to the pool it was also covered over. Rooms used to have thick blackout curtains which were brilliant, but the room we were in didn't and those that were there had some holes and didn't even fully cover the window so the room was bright from first thing in the morning. On the plus side, the soundproofing is excellent and you can't hear much from the loud streets below. Overall, there is nothing awful about this hotel but it used to be my safe choice. Now I think I'll try somewhere else.

stayed at this hotel

Stayed at this hotel for a week. Parking and uncomfortable password twice and press Also has Wi-Fi requires a password every time the speed was very slow and not good. The front desk staff is not too friendly bath products were givin it liberally.

vaccation

it is clean , nice hotel ...good location... not a 4_star hotel...rooms are spacious yet the bathroom is weird: bathtub is high, no dish for the soap... the toilet is separated without a basin to wash your hands once your done and no basket...breakfast is not included and considered expensive overall experience was fine

Family holiday

The room was as expected, comfy bed etc, however I was expecting a coffee machine or at least a kettle in the room but found nothing! When I asked reception for either they just shrugged and said no. Not a lot to ask for really considering its 2012. Several days running Romany Gypsies came steaming up to the roof top pool, one day 2 women with 5 kids in tow - 4 of which jumped in the pool whilst the women sat on sun beds and a teenage boy stalked about smoking . They pretended to be guests and always appeared when lots of staff went on breaks. Slightly annoying one day when some paying guests had no where to sit as they took up 3 sun beds. This also made me realise the hotel security was very slack which is a worry. Oh and one more thing was the pool bin was not emptied for 2 days and kept overflowing and blowing into the pool.

Hotel is placed in a good location - train stop just in opposite. Hotel itself (especially pubplic facilities on a ground floor) needs rennovation. Breakfest is reach. All stuff is very friendly and pleasant.

Couple getaway

Nice hotel, excellent transport links as the hotel is a little way from the beach front and there isn't much in that area. Actual hotel was very clean, room was large with good facilities, some parts of the room slightly scruffy but very clean. Pool was small but nice, was closed on the first 3 days of stay, but opened the last 2, very clean and nice view.

Cet hôtel est d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix et est très accueillant. Tout d'abord le personnel à la réception est très professionnel et à l'écoute, si vous demandez quelque chose, vous l'avez dans les dix minutes. Le personnel du restaurant sur la terrasse du toit est très gentil aussi et ne pousse pas du tout à la consommation. Mes garçons ont pu rester seuls plusieurs heures pendant que j'étais aux urgences avec ma fille. Ils ont été à la salle de musculation, à la piscine et au restaurant et on s'est occupé d'eux. Le seul point faible pour moi est la literie qui n'est pas assez confortable mais là aussi, ils ont amené un surmatelas le lendemain pour le canapé-lit car un de mes enfant n'arrivait pas à s'endormir. Le lit double repercute tous les mouvements ce qui m'a empêché d'avoir de bonnes nuits. Les vitres sont aussi assez peu insonorisantes et il y a beaucoup de trafic (entrée sur la voie rapide, grande rue). Nous tenons à remercier toute l'équipe pour son accueil.
