Look closely
Great location. However,the hotel is not exactly as it is portrayed on the site. It is only 4 floors & located on the side of a large hotel that faces the ocean. We were on floor 2 & our room was half way subterranean. The bottom of the window at the back of our bed was on the level of the ground looking inward towards Astro turf & other buildings. It almost felt like a hospital situation. The rooms were clean & the beds comfortable. The staff was not very friendly & offered no help on what was available in the hotel or the area.

The room was booked as air conditioned but they would not let us move the temperature to a colder temperature. We had to keep the windows open and it was extremely noisy up to the point where we couldn't sleep.

Small rooms, poor storage let down the lovely location. The housekeeping staff were great and helped us out with various things not on their job description. Room was clean and tidy, just a bit small and poorly designed for storge of clothing, etc

This hotel is perfectly located. Directly across from the beach on promenade des Anglais, and literally a one minute walk to the pedestrian walkways that lead to the Plaza Massena, Cours Saleya and Old Town. Staff were super friendly and informative providing awesome recommendations for restaurants, places to see and things to do. Would highly recommend staying here.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. The breakfast and the size of the room were also very good. We truly enjoyed that we were just across the promenade and went there several times.

I loved my stay in Nice at this hotel. The staff was so helpful and my room was perfect. The area was very walkable and i loved being able to just cross the street and go for a swim at the beach. Highly recommend this property!
