Love Mama Shelter, have stayed at several. The staff were lovely, room great but the pool area was often left messy and is small so needs to be kept on top of, unfortunately the pool was also out of order on one day of out stay. Location was great.

We loved how reliable Mama Shelter was for our trip. Kataryna is fantastic! with great knowledge of fun things to do for night life & Simon with great outdoor recommendations! This is a brand new property so everything was clean and new which was very nice. Location has a very local vibe near to highway so good of your driving to Monaco or Canne. You can walk to the port in 10 minutes which was great. We would for sure stay in Mama Shelter again!

Fine but they want to keep the temps in the rooms above 72 degrees and you have no control of your room temp. I would not stay if you can’t sleep when it’s hot

Stayed for a long weekend. The beds are very comfy and the hotel is very clean. However there were lacking basic facilities, such as a kettle, glasses or cups in rooms, there was no minibar or room service so if you wanted a drink in the evening you had to go into the loud hotel bar / club. The bathroom only provided bars of soap to wash with so we had to purchase our own products. Considering the high price you pay to stay in the hotel, you’d expect a better level of service and quality. As well as this, when we checked in the other customers who checked in immediately after us were given the same room number so entered our room unannounced not knowing where they were meant to go.

Nydelig hotell med hyggelige ansatte.
Nydelig hotell, de ansatte i resepsjonen er meget imøtekommende og hyggelige. Rommet var klart før innsjekk så vi fikk rommet når vi kom. Stort og fint rom. Lå sentralt. Vi spiste middag på hotellet en dag, maten og drinkene var gode. Veldig hyggelig ansatte. Vi var litt uheldige den ene dagen på frokosten da det var tomt for både eggerøre og kjøttpålegg selvom det var 30min igjen før frokosten stengte. Vi etterspurte egg og pålegg fikk beskjed om at det ville komme. Ventet i 20 min, fikk da beskjed at det var tomt. Men etter litt om og men fikk vi servert en omelett. Da var frokosten ferdig så vi fikk litt dårlig tid på å spise. Frokosten var ellers god og variert. Ettersom vi ble seint ute til utsjekk fikk vi sjekke ut litt senere. Noe vi var takknemlige for. Ville absolutt anbefalt hotellet.
