This lovely home is situated in the charming "Old Town Heritage District" of Niagara-on-the-Lake, just a 20-minute walk from Queen and King Streets.

It features 1 king-sized bed, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, and a sofa bed in a private upstairs room. With 3.5 bathrooms, it can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

This wonderful year round home is just a short walk to the charming "Old Town Heritage District" of Niagara-on-the-lake with its unique atmosphere. Head out the door and walk to town for lunch and browse the shops, art galleries & world renowned theaters. The public library and community center with a café shop is only steps away as well as the public transit bus that takes you around town and the largest factory outlet mall in the area. Walk to the famous Jackson-Triggs Winery and enjoy many events and concerts.

Come back home and relax at this comfortable three bedroom, 4 bath house. This home offers a nice floor plan with two spacious bedrooms upstairs and additional sitting room with TV and pull out sofa bed. Master bedroom with en-suite bath is on the main level. Plenty of space to gather in the kitchen and dining area which is open to the Great Room. The Great Room is bright and airy with vaulted ceiling and lots of natural light.

In the basement you will find another family room with lot of children's toys, books, games tables. Office desk and chair and another full bathroom.

Take a tour of local wineries and micro breweries, a relaxing stroll in the "Old Town Heritage District" to browse the unique shops or the lakeside boardwalk. Once you’ve stayed the first time we know you’ll keep coming back to the Maplewood house.

You must be at least 25 years old to book this property. There is a flat rate for up to 8 guests, which is the maximum allowed. Please specify the number of guests at the time of booking, and any changes afterward must be approved by the host. Extra guests are not permitted without prior notice.

Please note that street parking is not allowed. We have a large driveway available, so please park only in our designated area.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: We strive to accommodate our guests’ early check-in requests. If we don’t have guests staying the night before, we can usually offer early check-in as early as you need. If there are guests checking out on the morning of your arrival, we can likely offer check-in around 3 PM at the latest. Unfortunately, we won’t know how early we can accommodate check-in until the day before your arrival, so please check in with us again then.

For check-out, we would appreciate it if you could leave by 11 AM, as our cleaning shifts are pre-scheduled. Thank you for your understanding!

Our TVs are smart TVs or equipped with streaming devices like Amazon Fire Stick or Roku. If you plan to watch sports events or games, please research how to stream live events on a smart TV before your trip, as you may need to purchase some subscriptions or apps.

Coffee Maker: We have a drip-style coffee maker, and we provide coffee, tea, sugar, powdered creamer, and coffee filters for your convenience. Enjoy!

Great property
The house easily accomodated our group of 7. The dining room was a perfect gathering place to play cards and games in the evening (options provided by host was a nice touch). The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. Compared to other VRBO locations, i found this to have a well stocked kitchen, with enough dishes etc that we were comfortably able to enjoy without having to bring everything with us.

The host was very accessible and helpful. The host was quick to respond. The house was perfect for our group. Whie we thought we would play with the games down stairs we found we sat by the fire and chatted. It was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us and the area is quite and nice for go for walks and runs. I would highly recommend this property.

Home was very nice. Owners have taken the time to make sure that you have everything that you need. We were very impressed with all the little details that were thought of. From directions on how to use the appliances to pictures of the layout of each floor to makeup towelettes in the bathrooms. The owner was also prompt in answering our text when the power went out soon after we arrived. This home is a great for larger families or groups and in a very nice neighborhood. If you don’t mind walking, you can get to town in 20-25 minutes.

Great location for a get together. Niagara on the Lake was a lovely town and the house was in walking distance of the town. Don’t leave without visiting the Shaw Festival theatre and the Two Sisters winery.

Absolutely wonderful property
Beautiful home in a convenient location. This home had everything you could ask far. We stayed here with 5 ladies for our 5th annual wine tour. Eveyone was in agreement that this was the best accommodations we've ever had coming to NOTL. Comfortable beds, plenty of room and very clean. The owner thought of everything as the place was fully equipped and we wish we stayed longer - it felt like home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Thank you! My husband and I wanted a peaceful and relaxing vacation in NOTL with his 85 year old parents. The Maplewood House was the perfect location and comfortable home to relax, and enjoy our time together. Our host was so accommodating and quick to respond to our messages. The house was fresh and clean and up to date with appliances and decor … it was so well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen supplies, dishes, pots and pans … beds were really comfortable… we had fun dining on the back patio after grilling … we had a wonderful visit!

Extremely clean and the most comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was easy from booking to check in and check out. The binders left with restaurant menus so helpful! And perfect location .. quiet neighborhood, easy walk to e-bike rental facility where we road the bike path for hours visiting the wineries.
