The Marshall House is located just two blocks from Niagara Falls State Park in the Park Place Historic District. Dorothy Marshall married Walter R. Scott in 1924 and they resided in the house until Dorothy sold it in the 1960s. Wedding pictures of Dorothy on the Grand staircase of the house along with her veil, train, and shoes from her wedding day are on display in the first-floor museum. The room has a queen bed, Firestick TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. This room is a favorite for guests because the large private balcony with an awning provides the perfect place to relax with a coffee in the morning or to watch the stars and listen to the fireworks that are set off over the Falls every night at 10 pm.
