The room was very dirty with hair in the bathroom, The mattress was so uncomfortable all you could feel was the springs. The pillows were half the size of regular pillows, I checked in 27th of Dec 2025 and staying at this hotel was a nightmare, house keeping was so bad after giving them too many reminders no was was there. Me and my wife stayed in room 501 and it was really a bad experience, I wish I could get a REFUND of my room and WISH COULD UP LOAD PIX CAUSE I DO HAVE SOME...

The property itself was fine with the reception being friendly. I was annoyed with two things: We mentioned on our second day of stay to not do any room service, this request was put on system but they still cleaned the room. This was apparantely miscommunication on the hotels end. I was taking a bath on the jet tub when suddenly a bug fell from the roof. It was filthy and looked like a cockroach and I was scared as some bite. I killed it and told reception, they did not offer any compensation or give any apologies. I would suggest management to look into this matter.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada, and I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to stay in a calmer area of Niagara. The room was clean, all the amenities worked and the staff was friendly and helpful. My stay had breakfast included and it was a standard breakfast for a North-American hotel. The property is located in a really calm and quiet neighborhood of Niagara, and in the vicinities there is an amazing Peruvian restaurant. The property is 10 minutes away from the Falls by car, but you also can take a bus in front of the hotel to the Falls area. My only complaint is about the sound isolation in the room. I could hear a family in the room next to mine as if they were staying with me. Fortunately, the staff acted quickly and I could have some peace to sleep.
