The property does not look like the photos. Room does not look like photos. Indoor pool is currently for storage of construction/rennovation material/debris. In the room, ceiling cracks due to water damage, washroom sink was newly put with one jackbar holding up, fresh smell of caulking, room very small compared to photo., sign of poor craftmanship of kakata job everywhere in the room.

The room was NOT clean, the parking lot filthy, broken glass on door to the pool and not fixed. The room was terrible. No staff overnight if you had a problem. Not enough breakfast foods, VERY limited seating for breakfast. Foyer was dirty. Bathroom in our room was RUSTY bathtub, floors not finished, bathroom door filthy and not painted, kitchen had nothing, no spoons, cups, plates. Dirty floors and melted carpet, drawers broken and falling apart, no handles on drawers. Walls were filthy. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE EVER.

Front desk was good and wellcoming. Breakfast was good but the room was not clean and the condition was not good. The room was labeled as no smoking but there was smell of cigarette in the room.

The only thing that this property had going for it was the fact it was a family suite and had 4 beds. The suite was falling apart, things were broken, carpet was outdated and wasn’t vacuumed. Said there was an indoor and outdoor pool, but indoor pool was boarded up. It could be a really cute place with some updating and a proper cleaning

Our first room that we were assigned had mold all in the bathroom and the bathtub was disgusting. There were dirty socks from previous customers which leads me to believe the room wasn't cleaned well. They upgraded us for no charge to a better room. No coffee maker, asked for extra pillows and blankets and they didn't have any extra. The staff was friendly, the pool was the best part of the hotel. The beds were comfortable. We had our 2 sons with us and we'd probably not stay here again. The location was a 10 min drive down to the main strip so we had to drive and pay parking. If you're looking for somewhere cheap and you don't care about the driving etc than it's a decent place. Although we would not stay there again, which is disappointing.
