Wasnt what we expected. "Fallsview" is only partial. Pool was very disappointing. Property amenities says hot tub but tgere is no hot tub just a smaller pool attached and flowing into the pool. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable.Heat is not consistent even with the control on the wall.

We stay at this hotel every time we attend a convention or vend at a convention which is at least twice/year. The staff are so incredible - I mean EVERY SINGLE Person that works there. We recommend it to everyone!

Great location, parking on site but $45 per night. Staff was great and it is pet friendly. But needs some upkeep and more detailed cleaning. Bathroom curtains torn and outlets not working. For a quick visit its not bad

The hotel is run by a racist white woman who is mentally ill and enlists fragile minorities to slave for her and protect her. She is jealous and scared of powerful black people who will reveal their insecurities and instability. She wrote three times to me asking me to leave before checkout, at 6:10am, 9am.. when I asked the other hotel minority if this was their policy to text guests repeatedly to leave they said no but yet were all under this wretched racist spell and out of fear would not even release corporate info to file a complaint
