Staff and hotel are amazing clean and make you feel very comfortable. first time eating at bar and food was amazing as well as service, very affordable also, breakfast as always was delicious and very clean, The only issue is parking as i need handicapped parking and with only 2 spots had to park down by river and walk up stairs that were not shoveled.

There is a surprise $10 "destination fee" that was not revealed to us upon check-in. The parking is extremely limited in front of the hotel during the off-season (winter months) and only a few spots on the street during the balance of the year. The "main" parking lot is up an inconvenient flight of stairs. There was no bathroom fan, which is causing damage and mold to the bathroom ceiling. The electrical at the heat/ac unit was questionable.

Wonderful staff. Booked Riverview room, but overlooked construction site — no restaurant open during week on site, which was not disclosed. King bed had inexpensive mattress—not comfortable. In room shower was nice.

We have stayed many times at the Niagara Crossing, and will continue to book here each time we visit the lovely village of Lewiston NY. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the quaint downtown shops and restaurants in Lewiston, and with a great Riverview of the Niagara River that is also within a short walk to the boardwalk along the river. The rooms are spacious and clean, and quiet! We keep coming back!
