It was perfect for a quick overnight. The staff was amazing. I was a bit disappointed when booking a balcony room to find out it was ground floor in a parking lot. It was fine for a night but if i had been staying longer I would have been bothered by it. It was nice that everything was close by. The rooms are a bit dated but efforts made to keep them nice and clean. Overall it was a good experience.

Bugs in bathroom, terribly outdated. Staff was rude, had to get manager involved. Worst part- the room was right next to the elevator, with tile floors, same cost associated to room as all the others but I literally didn’t get any sleep because the foot traffic and room location acted like a concert hall, so incredibly LOUD. WTH did I pay for!!!! This room shouldn’t even be used, let alone cost more than $50/night, I will be taking this up with the a IHG corporate office. I would suggest not booking here simply because of the risk of getting this room (103)

Location was great, rooms were clean and staff were nice. Only negative we had was the rooms are noisy. You hear everything. Beds were comfortable and the price was prefect

We love the decoration at soon we entered the facilities. The teams that work on it really did a good job. Our room is clean and spacious. Staff are very nice. Overall we love our stay at Holiday Inn. We will comeback on this hotel for sure.

Room door not closed after housekeeping
Found some ants in bathroom. Got rid of them and later some ants appeared again. The next day (before dinner time) when we returned to hotel after activities, we were shocked that our room door was open. We complained to the front desk and the manager advised/explained that the housekeeping staff failed to close the door after cleaning the room. This was not acceptable and she apologized and offered us breakfast vouchers. Fortunately our belongings (including iPad and tablets) were not stolen.
