Clean. And a short walk to the American Falls. Hotel was great. Although if you are coming here to see the falls and have a passport DEFINATELY hit the Canadian side!

We stayed here for two nights in October. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were good. Within walking distance of the falls and many restaurants. We would stay here again.

loved this place
great location to the Falls, we walked and felt very safe. Casino is right there also, but we did not visit. The room,the hotel,staff,and the breakfast were all WONDERFUL and we would definitely stay here again.
