Staff are all very friendly and help with anything you need. They are constantly cleaning lobby and hallways. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. I would definitely refer friends here and it will be my first choice from now on.

perfect inn to stay in. bright and clean rooms including hallways. nice beds. the microwave and ice machine room is so useful and well-maintained. cleanliness in all places. no complaints. staffs are welcoming and polite. free parking is such a big bonus. you couldn’t find it on others. thanks we’ve enjoyed our stay.

On the app it’s shows room is newly renovation but look like only floor is renovated. There was some loud water leaking sound bother us all night so me and kids couldn’t sleep all night also there’s so much noise from other rooms. Bed sheets are not clean there’s so many hair and other stuff on the sheets and blankets.

We always stay at The Diplomat Inn whenever we are in Niagara Falls. The price is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. Parking is free which is a bonus. Most hotels charge you $20 a night to park at their establishment.

Free parking, rooms very clean. The beds are a bit hard and pillows semi flat. However for the price was worth it. The staff was very welcoming in, i would come back.

Clean and comfortable!

Our stay was very good! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! I like the normal check in time at 1pm, but they let us check in at 12pm which is a plus! Customer service was very good too!
