Only one negative but it’s a biggie. Love it here. Not our first time. Room with jacuzzi bath just lovely. Spotlessly clean and the staff are great. So helpful. However I’m really sad about the amount of single use plastic that is still being used. Why can’t we have real reusable coffee cups and glasses in the rooms. Like we used to years ago.

The shower was broken and required a repair during our stay. Quite inconvenient, cold and unsatisfactory. Though the service was prompt, the water valve fell apart.... Also fees were not highlighted until checkin which felt misleading. Happy to pay deposits, but it should be highlighted before checking in.
