The room was old and sad feeling. Way overpriced. Microwave broke, toilet leaked, A/C blowing directly on me no way to redirect, furniture old, scratched and “sticky”feeling, TV’s small, clarity poor and cut off 1/4 of any captions, beds were made as though short sheeted. Could hear all conversations and noises from surrounding rooms and out in the hall. VERY DISAPPOINTING. This was a special birthday get away and we feel let down. I have contacted corporate and am requesting a refund.

The hotel was nice, close walking distance to the falls and attractions. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was not great. Breakfast at a hotel is very important to us, and I read other reviews saying it was good. The scrambled eggs were pretty gross the first day, and they served more of an egg patty the second day. I thought it would be much better, but the eggs were served ice cold. Like straight out of the fridge. Not much other choices either. The plus side of this hotel is that it was fairly cheaper than most other hotels with a good rating, and other than the breakfast it was great.

Awesome Hotel and Cookies
This place was AMAZING. It is close to the red line WEGO bust stop and about a 10-minute walk to the waterfall. They offer free coffee and cookies all day and breakfast. We could see the fireworks from the hallway on the 6th floor. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. Only issue is there are no cameras in the parking lot because I heard that a car was dented, but it is in a safe neighborhood. If we return to Niagara Falls, this is the hotel we will be at.

What I liked about this property was the cleanliness of the entire place. We stayed four nights and every area remained well maintained our entire visit. Breakfast was good lots of choices and plenty of food. Special thanks to Samantha and Paula for all their help with answering my tourist questions. These ladies are very professional, yet take their responsibilities personal.
