Room 301 is Haunted. Aspirin bottle kept flying around the desk. Weird stuff. And I totally don’t believe in any of that stuff. Maybe it was a mouse. Which would be really bad. But I didn’t see your hear mouse. No wind gusts, just an aspirin bottle that kept rolling around on the desk. Otherwise, nice clean, comfy room. Get a lakeside room like 301. Beautiful views.

Overall ok
The hotel was clean and comfortable but on our first morning there was a burst pipe and we had no hot water right as we were trying to get ready for the day. We were not informed until we called the front desk and no kind of compensation for the inconvenience was offered.

It was a pleasant stay at Country Inn - Niagara Falls. However, it could be better. Everything in the hotel seems old. The beds needs replacement or an upgrade. We have a 4 month old baby and we were staying in a family suite with 2 Queen bed & sofa bed. The beds makes noise, poor mattress quality, it looks like the bedding wasn't change properly. We put our baby on the other bed and the mattress is uneven. For the price that we paid for (475 for 2 nights) we could've gone to a better hotel but we weren't even allowed to cancel or make changes in our reservation.

We had a wonderful stay just before the Christmas holidays. Lobby staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking on site, just wished the parking lot was fully paved. The included breakfast offered a variety of items and made our stay that much easier with our kids.
