Very noisy. Beds are wore out. Only 1 electric outlet worked in my room. The breakfast was mediocre at best, compared to other Best Western's I would stay somewhere else next time.

Average Hotel, Not a Bad Option for the Area
Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was a little bit below average. It had a slightly odd smell (not bad necessarily, just odd). The bathroom left much to be desired. It seems like there is an issue with the flow of water from the shower, as when I got out there was a puddle of water outside the tub under the door even though I hadn't sprayed any water in that direction. This resulted in the door frame and bottom of the door being really rusty/possibly moldy. Plus there was mold on the ceiling and the shower bar. I didn't use the pool but it looked really nice, the breakfast was decent and check-in/checkout was easy. Overall this is an alright hotel to stay at, the issues I experienced don't seem uncommon for hotels in this price range. I liked that the hotel had multiple entrance points so it was more convenient to unload bags (don't have to walk across the entire hotel with your bags).

Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff were very polite and helpful with anything we needed. They only clean your room if you stay for 4 nights, but asking for anything we needed from the front desk was never an issue. For the most part, we didn't hear too many other people (likely because it was off season) except for children running a bit. Breakfast had a lot of food and great options for the normal person but I have a special diet and all I could eat were eggs and sausage, plus coffee. The coffee was fresh, good and not burnt tasting or stale. I would call it a medium roast. The third morning of our stay the eggs smelled and tasted like they were cooked in water from the lake and were not edible. The food was also the exact same every day with no variation. We found the location to be great and easy to access all of the things we wanted to do with great local eating, shopping and delivery options.

The room was well appointed and clean BUT there was a terrible rusted out toilet paper fixture that was obviously old and put up.poorly. That one thing was such a turn off and so out of place. When everything is SO NICE, one raggedy item really stands out, but I am rating hotel high because it literally was the only flawed thing.
