For a quick one night stay, it was good for a family of four. Our room however was not the cleanest (door handles were very dirty and had some kind of gunk stuck to it, and there was hair that did not belong to us in the shower)

We were greeted immediately and Erin was fantastic. Upbeat and helpful. Parking for my handicap vehicle was a challenge but again Erin made it work. Our room was clean, spacious and modern. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. The restaurant on site was delightful. Highly recommend staying. The pool and hot tub were excellent

As someone who grew up in the falls and hosted my prom at this location, I love the Cairn Croft. When my kids walked into the court yard they were so excited. My son (4) said "This is the best day ever!" my daughter (2) skipped with joy.

Liked the facilities, it was clean and the pool area was very appealing. Did not get the strong odour of chlorine like in other facilities with the pool. Rooms were adquate and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Overall a very good experience. Experince would be better if the parking was free

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Having a restaurant on site was very convenient and the food was tasty. Our 5th floor tower room on the other hand seemed worn and smelled a little musty. In definite need of refurbishment. The $20.00 CA per night for parking was annoying.
