This was our first B and B experience and it was wonderful. Joyce and John ,the owners were knowledgeable of the area's attractions and their home was clean and cozy. The breakfast meals were delicious and home made. I will tell my family and friends of this location for sure. I especially liked the warm robes that were provided- a nice touch. Thank you. A lovely home surrounded by beautiful gardens- Joyce and John are very gracious hosts and have created a lovely oasis of tranquility. The breakfast was amazing- my partner and I got the Eggs Benedict, which was prepared to perfection. Highly recommended!

What a lovely stay at Bedham Hall. Joyce and the rest of the staff were wonderful. The homemade breakfasts were delicious and she had many little perks to make it even sweeter like a fridge with waters, sodas, yogurts, as well as tea/coffee available 24/7. We really enjoyed the stay.

This is a beautiful property hosted perfectly by Joyce who immediately made us feel welcome. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was delightful. We would definitely recommend this place although if you have a problem with stairs it would be a problem.
