Nice place for a quiet getaway.
Beautifully decorated rooms with roku tv and wi-fi. Great breakfast (didnt like the sausage but it had bacon too 😋) wonderful staff. Nice place for a quiet getaway.

I always return to Anna's whenever i'm in the Falls. It's a great little place. Comfortable and breakfast hits the spot. It's close to everything and transit is at the door. If you're looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the falls this is it

Pleasant stay.....worth the cost.
The couple present and attending to our needs were very pleasant and helpful. We were the only ones in the house so there was no disturbances. Liked the fact that coffee, tea, hot chocolate was available in the kitchen for guests to use. Breakfast was substantial.The room was nice and comfortable. Our only issue that there was only 1 small bar of soap in the shower stall for 2 people for 2 days. Had to go out and buy soap as we don't carry any as all properties provide soap. Otherwise the stay was pleasant. Will surely recommended this property.

Property is squeaky clean, quiet, cozy and peaceful. You can enjoy a peaceful stay here while you explore niagara’s offerings. We had reached early and left a bit later than the usual checkout time but they were very accommodating and welcoming.

Excellent service in a peaceful neighborhood
We had a wonderful time during our stay. The service was excellent, with a fully cooked breakfast every morning. Our host was immensely kind! There are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance providing a wide variety of options for dinner if you don’t want to drive elsewhere. Our one trouble was that the room could sometimes get warm and stuffy due to the heating, but a fan was provided in the room to help keep us cool as we slept. All in all, I would happily stay there again!

It's just ok.
It has very thin walls and ceiling and you could hear EVERYTHING. You could hear when people walked upstairs above you, when people came in and out of the house, and everything going on in the kitchen. The TV in our room (101) didn't work. We reported it to the owner and he told us to let the lady that cooks breakfast know. They brought another remote in to check it and that didn't work either and that was the last of them trying to fix it. We never did get it working. The parking is VERY, VERY tight and hard to maneuver. The location is good. It's about a 20 minute walk to the falls which was nice but it is located on a busy street. It's close to restaurants as well.

Lovely B&B run by a sweet couple! But heads up, the walls are a bit thin/floors are creaky so if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs for the night.

Amazing home cooked food every morning but for only a hour, super safe building locks on every door and camera surveillance. But bring slippers or flip flops as you remove your shoes at the front door.

Big old house seemed to be recently renovated. Our room - # 201 - was very spacious and very clean. Room enough for another single or double bed if travelling with small ones. Breakfast - bacon, sausage, egg, and toast - was fairly well done. Coffee could have been stronger. OJ was decent. Cereal, jams also available. Breakfast room is spacious and clean. The property is about 1.7 km walk from OLG stage and Fallsview Casino. About a 3 minute walk down Dunn to Kasbah greek restaurant where we enjoyed 4-course dinner (1) and lamb burger (1) served by friendly staff.

Very nice room. Enjoyed the private bath. Breakfast was delicious but it’s a shame it’s only Available for an hour. Also the reservation comes with a parking spot but it’s not much of a parking spot. Very tight driveway, especially for larger vehicles.
