The rooms are immaculate and lovely. The facility is gorgeous and has lots of amenities. The spa looked lovely, and the hotel bar had a great atmosphere. It was very convenient to walk around beautiful Niagara on the lake. I would stay again.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in a Perfect Location
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip to NOTL. The hotel was beautiful and the location (right in downtown NOTL) was perfect. We experienced no issues and the hotel provided everything we needed. Very clean and well-kept property. The underground attached garage parking was free and easy, which is always a plus. Starbucks is attached to the building, which was also convenient. There's a small grocery store just steps away as well. The Falls are only 20 mins away. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting NOTL.

The hotel is absolutely outstanding. We travel a lot, and we are very picky with the hotel choices. Everything about this one was nothing less than a five star. The staff would go above and beyond their capabilities to ensure that the stay is what you expect it to be. The dining is wonderful in the restaurant that belongs to the hotel as well as the other restaurants in the area. Room was spotless, even for the pickiest traveler. Beds are extremely comfortable, with good mattresses, lots of space in the room, spacious and sparkling clean bathrooms, and completely soundproof walls. We are planning to come back in the future and will be recommending this place to everybody we know.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We stayed in the annex building which is separate. It was very loud and not insulated very well. I could hear people pressing the Nespresso an entire floor up! If you want a clean, cheaper and comfy bed option stay here. If you want to be in the building with Starbucks and the spa stay in the Main building . I

The staff member, Amber, was very welcoming and went out of her way to assist us with getting our belongings ( cooler) into our room. She was professional yet personable and made our brief stay at the hotel very positive. I would recommend this hotel to others and hope to visit for longer next time we are in Niagara on the Lake!
