Nice location. Friendly, accommodating staff. Convenient location. Didn't get upgrade initially, but after our to had a leak (it was raining our entire trip), we were upgraded to a new room. Loved the buffet breakfast. It was a different variety of food each day of our 3 day trip. Overall a great hotel and would stay again.

Exceptional Customer Service
We arrived to the hotel at night after our train ride from Da Nang. Mr. Nguyen, the duty manager, was quickly recognize our family and our booking with the hotel. He assisted us rather quickly to our rooms and brought all of our luggage inside. During our stay, Mr Nguyen was very attentive and helpful in terms of answering our questions about the city, attractions, and the to-do and not to-do's. We really enjoyed our stay at the Green Beach hotel and the willingness to go above and beyond from Mr Nguyen. Keep up the great work!
