This is a two bedroom one full bath condo located in building three at North Peak. Well equipped kitchen to prepare all of your meals. Dining area for everyone to sit enjoy their meals. Living area has a gas fireplace and large sectional for everyone to gather together. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and bedroom two has two sets of bunks (four twin beds). Full bath. Renter has access to ski lockers. North Peak has an outdoor heated pool. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Mid week ski trip
The place is great. It is trial side and on the third floor which means very little noise from others. The only thing I would have changed was to have the rental company turn on the hot water heater so we didn't have to wait thirty minutes to an hour for hot water. I would recommend staying here just remember to turn on the breaker for the hot water heater once you get there.
