Sleeping:
Seven spacious, beautifully appointed bedrooms and seven gorgeous bathrooms plus one bunk bedroom. Two of the bedrooms (incl. the bunk bed room) and one bathroom are on the ground floor making it ideal for a family with small children.
Bedroom one: ground floor bedroom with zip-and-link bed that can be used as either two full size singles or one super king size. This bedroom is suitable for disabled access.
Bedroom two: ground floor bedroom with bunk beds.
Ground floor family bathroom with bath with shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail. This bathroom is suitable for disabled access.
Bedroom three: light and roomy first floor double bedroom, with double aspect windows, sea view, and king size bed.

Short breaks only available outside of school holidays. Short breaks cannot depart on a Saturday.
No smoking within the property or anywhere on the premises.
Cautionary deposit and good behaviour bond of £750, due with full balance.
Please note Seamist is in the centre of a residential area, therefore only suitable for multi-generational family breaks. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Please note the Boardmasters music festival takes place in Watergate Bay in early August every year. Please check with our reservations team for the exact dates and the noise levels before booking.
