The first room I was in was a double and it wasn’t cleaned well. One of the beds was not changed and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed. The bed was the giveaway one bed was tucked and neat the other was wrinkled and not tucked and pillows were not fresh !!!

This is a very nice place to stay. The staff is excellent, very friendly & helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the best! The restaurant inside this hotel was convenient for dinner & very tasty.

After experiencing the discomfort and disrespect at the Hyatt, the Embassy Suites was a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly accommodating, providing us with a clean, comfortable room and treating us with kindness and respect. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, which made all the difference in turning our stay around. We were truly grateful for the positive experience and felt valued as guests, something we didn’t get at the Hyatt. The contrast in service and hospitality was night and day, and it reaffirmed how important it is for businesses to prioritize their customers' comfort and satisfaction.

Ive stayed at many Embassy Suites around the country. I was a bit disappointed with this one 😔. We stayed 4 nights. My biggest complaint was the breakfast whick is usually the highlight. Food was cold and hard (sausage and bacon) the omlette tasted strange... like maybe it had powder in it. Not many options. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The tub drained kind of slow and the magnet that hold the refrigerator door closed was a bit raggedy.
