The room was not clean the sofa was dirty and the carpet was dirty , rust on the shower head. The direct tv service kept going in and out. This was a horrible stay and to increase the price I will never stay at this place ever. The breakfast was terrible the only thing that was good was the coffee and the fresh fruit. SAD!!!

We checked in after a long rainy drive. There was no one at the desk initially. Once we finally got to our room we could hear alarms going off all down the hallway and in our room. The person at the front desk came to remove the batteries in our smoke / carbon monoxide alarm to silence the alarm and never returned with working batteries. The toilet in our room did not flush. The room seemed dirty and smelled of strong cigarette smoke as well. We checked out early and had to find a different place to stay for the next 2 nights.

The hotel and room were ok .I had to sleep on the couch because the matress was very saggy. The decor was a little shabby not the standard of Best Western I'm use too. They would do well to upgrade sleeping accommodations including pillows & mattress. Friendly customer service.bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Ok for 2 night stay

Once we walked in the AC didn’t work. Called the front desk and she looked overwhelmed only one person at the front. There was a blood stain on the sheets I’m assuming period blood. Sheet was washed just stain didn’t come out. Stains on the carpet. Shower has mold and the floor was dirty and nasty.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but it ends there. It seems that no day to day maintenance done. Everything was very run down. Our room had multiple things wrong - heater smelt when running, clock was not working, the phone did not have a cord to the handset, and the remote did not work the tv. So we moved rooms. Then the next room the water would not stop running in the shower. Finally we got a third room which was ok. Other issues included a very lack-lustre breakfast. 2 of the 3 pieces of work out equipment had their cords cut and therefore could not be used. What little staff that was there did try to help but it was clear that there was skelton staff. I get that there is perhaps less travel going on and some hotels are having a tough go, but some basic maintenance should still be upheld.

Very average but clean.
Door handle fell off when we entered the room. They could not fix it but the deadbolt was functional. The fan in the bathroom is a bit loud. The hot water was barely hot enough on a Saturday morning. Breakfast was ok but someone cooking biscuits set off the fire alarm and the biscuits we were offered while not burned were overdone.

Adequate best sums it up. I’ve stayed at worse. The facility overall is a little tired. Room was mostly clean, but some crumbs and food items in and around sofa. Bathroom was clean! Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but it got the job done. Staff was ok, helpful when asked but not overly friendly. Overall, would stay here again for one night, but probably not for longer.

Check in took a few extra minutes, not really sure why. Desk clerk was friendly, helpful. Didn't notice until next day the remote had a broken button, usable barely. Did get it replaced. Sink faucet was difficult to use, handle was very loose. Bath faucet was stuck, unable to properly use.
