I was skeptical when we booked it but it totally blew me away! We come every year to Hampton and this would be my go to hotel! Affordable-clean!-staff very friendly-easy check in. Thank you so much!

Our two twin beds were either not made or only one was made each day with the same sheets and no fresh linens. The halls and rooms were incredibly hot and humid. We were bitten by bugs/mosquitos every single night. The continental breakfast was a joke and many items had mold on them. After hours required to be buzzed in which left us standing at the door for long period. It would have been more convenient to use our key cards to scan in instead.

I had a lovely stay and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. My only feedback is that there was no AC within the lobby, which was unfortunate considering the heat. That said, AC in the room was stellar!

When I walked in, I immediately realized there was no air conditioning in the lobby. There was also no attendant. I asked some pool goers if they had seen anyone, they had not. By the way, the pool was extremely dimly lit to the point of being unsafe as anyone who walked in could immediately access it. When the attendant finally arrived, none of the equipment was properly working to check me in. The attendant had to manually enter all of my information which I was very uncomfortably with. The elevator was hot and very old; both of the buttons pointed to up. The room itself was the saving grace. It was basic, but clean. Have no plan to stay here again. Too many negatives.

The first thing we saw when we walked into our room was a big puddle from the air condition and a stench smell. Then I proceeded to the bathroom and saw dirty rags and hair in the shower. They say they checked the rooms after the cleaning people but apparently they didn't check it well enough. That's what I was told that they checked the rooms and I feel that they didn't this explains the low-closed of staying here.
