White Rock-Soundfront Home with Pool

Welcome to White Rock, a stunning sound-front retreat that promises a memorable stay. This restful and calming cottage features a spacious open floor plan with three bedrooms and 2.5 luxurious baths, comfortably sleeping up to seven guests. The gorgeous modern kitchen, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, flows seamlessly into the open living area, creating a perfect space for family gatherings and entertaining. The comfortable open-plan design offers ample room for visitors, with porches that serve as an extension of the living area, inviting you to enjoy the serene outdoors.

The expansive primary suite offers an escape with its own private bath. Surrounded by live oaks, the primary suite offers a feeling of being immersed in nature. The additional two bedrooms each feature cozy queen beds, ensuring restful nights for all. One of these bedrooms also includes a twin bed, perfect for accommodating an extra guest or a child.

Step outside to enjoy the private pool, perfect for a refreshing dip or lounging in the sun. For water enthusiasts, the private dock with a boat lift provides easy access to the sound, ideal for boating adventures or simply soaking in the breathtaking views. You can fish off the dock or throw a cast net for shrimp year-round. Keep a watchful eye, you may see small families of dolphins as well as sea turtles. White Rock, the big oyster rock right off the point, has abundant clams and oysters that can be freely harvested.

Song and shore birds, gradually returning, add to the tranquility of this quiet location. A kayak and paddle are provided for exploring the Newport River or Harlow Creek. Additionally, the Neusiok Trail, just five minutes up the road, is perfect for hikers and birders.
White Rock combines contemporary design with ultimate comfort, ensuring an unforgettable vacation experience.

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 California King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 1 Twin Bed

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
