This Inn is very well located as everything is in walking distance. It was very clean and the staff was so nice and welcoming. They provide parking at a lot close by. Thank you to Selena and her staff for the great breakfasts and smiles everyday.

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are super clean and newly updated. Very safe and quiet neighborhood at night. The innkeeper does a great job and is very friendly. The free breakfast was awesome. The only downfall is the parking, which is offsite.

Lovely unique inn in the centre of Newport. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast homemade and delicious. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Both rooms had fantastic ensuite bathrooms. Comfy beds and amazing air con. Higy recommend.

Lovely old home that had Ben perfectly renovated. Elegant, great bed, amazing breakfast, view from deck overlooking the harbor and staff was helpful.

Excellent B&B with Fantastic Location

Stayed in room 8. It was a great B&B, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. They provide parking at a nearby parking lot, which is amazing because parking in Newport is expensive and hard to find. The best part was the location. Such a short walk to Bowman's Wharf and the rest of Thames street.

A Perfect Stay at the Outlook Inn Our experience at the Outlook Inn was absolutely flawless! From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The inn itself is beautifully historic, offering the perfect mix of charm and modern comfort. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated with a nod to Newport’s rich history. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we woke up refreshed every morning, ready to explore this stunning coastal town. We particularly loved the cozy, peaceful ambiance that made it feel like a true getaway. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the waterfront, the famous Cliff Walk, and some fantastic dining spots. Whether you’re exploring the historic mansions or just relaxing by the water, this inn places you right in the heart of everything Newport has to offer. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for things to do, from sightseeing to hidden gems off the beaten path. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’ll definitely be back to the Outlook Inn next time we’re in Newport—it's the perfect blend of comfort, location, and hospitality!
