I cannot comment about the property because we left before checking in. During the booking of the b&b, we were told that there was parking "nearby". Upon arrival, the area was crowded and we could not find a spot anywhere to check in. The "driveway" next to the inn could accommodate a Mini Cooper, but not our 4Runner. When I called the Outlook staff, I was told that there was parking a half a mile away at a mall, but they would not give us a parking pass until it was time to check in. We would have had to drive around for 3 more hours, so we left and went home. The booking agent should have been clear that there was not parking near the Outlook Inn. 1\2 mile is not "nearby".

Outlook Inn exceeded my expectations. It was a beautifully remodeled inn on a quiet but convenient street. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and were different each day. It was wonderful to start each day with breakfast on the deck overlooking the harbor. I would happily stay at the Outlook Inn the next time I visit Newport.

It was clean, staff were great. Great breakfast. Not handicap easy. Stairs. No handicap railings in shower. Noisy vehicles on street all night.

Overall we really loved the Outlook Inn! The included breakfasts were excellent, very attentive staff, beautiful accommodations. The upper level deck was a great treat- overlooking the harbor was my favorite part. Very quiet, conveniently located.

We found this Inn to be an absolute gem! The Inn Keepers were very kind and friendly. The rooms were spacious, updated, and clean. The hot breakfast included each morning was restaurant quality. The value can’t be beat. We highly recommend!!
