Unkept and uncomfortable cheap shouldn’t mean dump
We got a second floor room. Getting off the elevator you get hit with a strong smell of Marijuana in the hallway. Thankfully it did not get into our room. We did however use our towel to block the big crack in the door. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet because of the assistance handles they tried to put on it. The bathroom door pushed into the small bathroom so handicap accessible is impossible in this bathroom. The refrigerator made such a loud noise we had to unplug it. The microwave didn’t work. The medal bed frame squeaked on the floor so bad we put our remaining towel under it. The bed was very soft to soft for our liking. This room was advertised on hotels like it had a sofa and fireplace which it had neither. The furniture in the room looked like it was in a bar fight.

They’re was only a sheet on the bed. The lights were all so bright white and uncomfortable, and one blinked. The water barely got hot and took forever and the shower made an annoying high pitch squeak the entire time.

Just a bit crabby;)
Stayed one night while touring the coast. We chose Motel 6 since we travel with our dogs and they make it easy. This place was pretty much like all other Motel 6s except for a distinct odor in the hallway--most likely from previous guests not being careful with their crabbing "juices" spilling out onto the carpet, particularly near the ice machine. I suggest Motel 6 remove the carpet so they can sanitize the floor more easily. Other than that, it was fine.

Nice property. Have stayed here before. Big rooms with microwave and fridge. Only negative is they didn't have coffee until after 7. So went to starbucks. Would recommend staying here.

We chose the king room with the jacuzzi tub and it was AMAZING. For the price, you cannot beat it. We had a balcony, with some views of the bay, and even in the distance the ocean, we knew the location and didn’t expect a view at all, so it was a nice surprise. The size of the room was way more than we expected, we also had a huge mirror with plenty of counter space and nice lighting. It was overall a great stay, and staff was friendly.
