Charming House
This is the third year we rented this 1st floor house. We love the place so much! The house is clean, comfortable and the furnishings are perfect. The location is great as everything is close by for either walking or biking. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. The host responds quickly to our bookings and is so nice! Hoping to be back again next year as this is how much we love this location!

Back again and always top notch
Perfect location between beach and bay. Once the car is in the garage, it never leaves. Not sure the two of us would stay anywhere else in the area. As all beach homes go, its a constant battle with sand and sea, but we've always found it well kept and updated. Loved the new BBQ. We'll be back soon.

Beach get away
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach. This rental was so centrally located to just about everywhere we wanted to go- the beach, the bay, restaurants, etc that we hardly had to drive anywhere! It was the perfect size for the two of us and our dogs! Very clean and great neighborhood!

Everything you need close to the beach!
It was everything we needed, nothing less and nothing more. It was cleaned well, stocked with necessities, close to the beach, and the garage parking was so helpful. Parking anywhere around here is generally terrible and hard to find. The only thing that would’ve been helpful were extra blankets for the pull out bed. 10/10 would stay again!

What a beautiful property in a really lovely area. Everything about this stay was great. The only thing I would recommend is an update on the bathroom shower maybe just some new grouting and a bleaching of the grouting on the floor, great place!

Amazing location
The check in process was very easy and informative. It was a great stay as we were waiting to move to Hawaii and needed a place to stay with our dog for 5 days. Great convenient and beautiful neighborhood with a super easy walk to the beach and it was super convenient that they allow dogs. Honestly we did not stay long in the unit as we were out visiting friends every day so we did not really use the kitchen, etc.

This unit is exactly as advertised, super clean and stocked with everthing you could need. Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants and bars. We had the unfortunate luck to be here during the massive rainstorms, but still had a great time. Our host was excellent at answering any questions. Would definitely stay here if in town again.

The location was quiet and safe. The owner was responsive. The place was spotless; it was in immaculate condition. It's an excellent place for couples—great furniture, very homely. The place was kept meticulously. We highly advise anyone looking for a nice, meticulously maintained getaway with all the utensils and appliances you could think of and some to stay here.

Absolutely Perfect!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this rental! Such a wonderful home away from home in lovely, quiet neighborhood. So relaxing. Perfect location, very clean, excellent selection of kitchen items on hand. Plenty of towels. We highly recommend staying here! Arrived on a Saturday and made the very short walk to the pier to rent the bikes we rode everywhere. Very quick walk/ride to the beautiful beach as well. We couldn't have asked for more!
