The refrigerator was gross and not clean outside. The sink in the bathroom was dirty. Dirty towels in the bathroom. The room had a musty type smell. Gross, total gross experience. I will never stay here again.

Unhygienic condition, room was smelly, unclean room. Dirt hanging on the ceiling. Broken furniture. Hair on the room chair, damaged tub. They did offer another room next day. This was the worst experience of my life.

1. Asked for two queen beds - was told we have king only, take it or go to another property. Front desk lady "Mel" 2. Air conditioner would make a very sharp alarm kind of noise every 2-3 minutes - when called, she said i dont have any technicians - nor can I shift you to another room - try unplugging - we tried did not help. We were forced to sleep in heat with AC OFF. 3. You must refund my rent for this one - it was terrible

The only two good things about this place: 1) location to aiport and 2) Front Desk Staff. Everthing was dismall. Lobby, stairwell, elevator, 2nd floor. The room was clean but very outdated and items were almost falling apart. The "bed" felt like a popup. Fortunately I only needed to be there one night to catch an early flight.

The room was incredibly dirty (numerous balls of long black hair on the floors and in the bed, implying that the room was never pre-cleaned before we checked into the room) and poorly maintained. There was tremendous noise created by the room next-door (loud TV from 1:30 am until 9;00 am), it was reported to the front desk night management multiple time and they did nothing about it. This is a very cheap hotel and has no amenities, no responsive management, and no one who seems to care. Although they reduced the price by $60 because of the noise, but does that really compensate for a sleepless night and a dirty room? Would not recommend staying here.

When we first checked in the room they gave us was not cleaned, dirty towels in the floor, bed not made, comdom boxes on the floor… 2nd room left over food in the cabinet, shower wasn’t cleaned, stains on all the countertops, garbage under the bed.. this hotel will Not be frequented by myself ever again…

Went at 330 pm to check in. (Check in is 3 pm)I was told as were several people it would be at least another hour before we could check in. Checked in at 930 pm. Asked to get a rollaway ( amenities say for $10 rollaways available) receptionist said No. ( end of conversation) Woke up to a voice yelling and cursing. Tub had hair, Sink had hair. Towel smelled like cigarettes ( non smoking hotel). Went to check out at 930 am (checkout is 11 am). No one at front desk. Waited, asked a housekeeper if someone was working the front. Still waited at least 5 more minutes for someone to show up. Best part of this hotel is easy parking- Not saying much

The hotel room was DIRTY!!! The floor wasn’t swept or mopped, the tops of the nights stands and other furniture were unclean, there were stains all over the walls and bedding. The room had an odd smell and you could hear everything from the hallway, next door and the floor above. I cancelled my stay and switched hotels

Absolutely awful! Did not have my king bed and put me in a room with another guest. Had to go back to the reception twice to get a new room. Rooms and hotel were filthy and disgusting. This is a flop house

Disgusting. This property is so dirty! Public areas and especially my guest room, were filthy. The hard surface floors in my room were greasy and dirty, the carpet was stained in multiple places. The bathroom was scary, to put it mildly. Faucets covered in soap scum and mildew, showerhead so broken that more water squirted out of the side of the broken pipe than hit my body, the shower curtain bar was broken and sagging, the drain pipe so clogged that I had water up to my ankles during my shower. The desk chair was absolutely disgusting - plastic backing covered in a layer of greasy dust and the seat was covered in all types of bodily fluid stains it looked like a science experiment. There was no blanket on the bed. No toilet paper. No microwave. Most bizarre was the hotel management choice to proceed with replacement of the door locks during my stay, as with all rooms, and needed to do it at 630 in the evening. Why???? Could locks not be replaced in between guests?? I would think that properties like this- extended stay types, would actually need more care and maintenance and cleaning that others, but this was the opposite at this property. It’s quite obvious that this property is not cared for and not cleaned properly, like ever. I would never ever stay here again and will tell everyone I know to avoid it like the plague.
