Our 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Back unit of our Oceanfront home is professionally designed with beach decor and features a peek-a-boo ocean view and garage parking for two cars. This unit is perfectly located steps from the sand, a 2 minute walk to the Balboa pier, and is located right in front of the Newport Beach fire Pits. Enjoy a day on the beach and then roast marshmallows by the fire for a great evening with family and friends under the stars.

-Downstairs Patio is for the Lower unit only. Although the upstairs and downstairs can be rented together, this listing is for the upstairs B apt only.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
- Although your Large Trucks/SUVs may fit in our garage, compact vehicles are recommended. Garage Dimensions are 168 inches long (14 feet), 90 inches wide (7.5 feet), 78 inches high (6.5 feet)
-Crib/Pack n' Play must be requested prior to your stay.

Pet Information:

This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. Steps To the Beach
Enjoyed our stay here in Newport Beach. We walked to the Balboa Ferry, Balboa and Newport Pier. Loved that there was a view of the beach from the living room window. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be a new coffee maker(existing one was broken).

We had a great experience staying here! Everything was as described and Tower 17 Properties was always very responsive and helpful if we ever needed anything. It was great to be so close to the beach with so many things to do. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

I would have given a five star overall rating but there were several basic kitchen items missing. An easy fix. If you dont want to cook, no worries. I give 5 stars for location, parking, price, ease of check in, and comfort. Adorable beach house.

Great location
My Partner and I were in town for a few days. The place was clean and a great location. You could walk to many shops and restaurants and close to the beach. The unit had all of the basic necessities. Our only complaint was the master bed. The bed frame was wobbly, every time someone would move the whole bed would move and make noise. The mattress was not very good quality either. Other than not sleeping well we enjoyed our stay.

Clean place, in a good location (like 2 minutes walk to restaurants). Great view of the ocean from one of the windows. There are fire rings on the beach a few hundred feet in front of the house, which could be a downside for someone sensitive to smoke (if the wind blows from that direction). The fires are put out by 10PM, so air was very clean after that.

Location Excellent, Rear upstairs apartment. Bath, hand and face towels need replacing. Need a couple more fans w/extension cords for Hot Summer nights. Light bulbs needs updating to dimmable so they don’t flicker when dimmed. Coffee maker, laundry machines, microwave, oven TV, kitchen counters, and Kitchen sink, BBQ AND BBQ Tools, Shower and Shower Pressure ALL EXCELLENT!!!!!! Bath sink clogged. Could use new bed top covers. Bath Hand, face towels gross and stained. 3 blue light hand towels new! Could use pizza cutter, knifes, metal baking sheets. Try cutting pizza with a 6” serrated knife. Need a few more kitchen tools, knife block, flat sheets. Great place for college kids that don’t want to cook just party and hit the beach. This review is from mid 50s Dad and 2 College kids son & daughter
