A cosy, bright upper flat nestled between the vibrant beach village of Cullercoats. Close to all major transport routes, the metro line is a 5 minute walk for easy connection to Newcastle City Centre, and with the bus stop only a stone's throw from the doorstep.

Ideal as a holiday base for exploring the North East, or for those on business looking for a comfortable home away from home.

The flat is light, airy and well equipped to provide you with the ultimate homestay experience.

The property offers ‘high speed’ wifi, with a workstation to appeal those on business, a large dining area and a comfortable sofa and television set up to relax and unwind on after a long day exploring. We don't offer cable TV, but there is a Chrome Cast where you can stream series, videos and movies.

The flat benefits from a multi use set up with a double bed in the master bedroom, another double and a single room as well.

Free street parking. If it’s too busy, you can always search in the nearby streets.

Please note that there are stairs to access the property. Pets are welcome but will have an additional fee.

Nice house
Overall it was a decent property and excellent location. Close to the beach and steps to the local grocery store. There were some deficiencies upon arrival that were quickly rectified by our host. The kitchen wasn't quite fully equipped as advertised. Could have used some mixing bowls, measuring cups/spoons and a larger frying pan. Otherwise met our needs for the time we were there.

Two Week Stay
Overall a good apartment for a short stay, was a little lacking in some of the basics needed to self-cater (eg no chopping board) but this wasn’t a problem to us. The area was great, an easy walk to shops, cafes and beaches and plenty to do.
