Great hotel
Hotel was very clean from reception throughout to the room itself. Bed was very comfortable, possibly the best i have ever slept in. Had a lovely peaceful sleep. Staff went above and beyond to make the stay the best. Breakfast was hot and plenty to chose from. Right in the town centre so close to all amenities.

Great stay poor breakfast
Beautiful hotel, spacious room with huge shower. Lovely friendly staff. Lost a star for a poor breakfast unfortunately. Orange juice was definitely off - tasted sour. The of the cold juice canisters looked very dirty inside I think maybe the orange juice is topped up with fresh and the older juice still in is going off and sour as it was a cloudy colour too. I asked for some fried eggs with the yolk well done and they were inedible - all crispy mush. The bacon and sausages were not very well done and things just weren’t replenished quickly enough so that you could have everything together hot. The hotel and staff are fabulous though

New hotel lovely room very clean and very comfy bed great shower too loved the cooked breakfast not over cooked and tasted delicious big downside is no onsite parking although there are pay car parks nearby plus it has a lovely bar but weirdly the toilets are on the first floor ? When there's room on the ground floor over-all loved the hotel and very much enjoyed Sunderland

Everything with the property was absolutely great, staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and the room was clean and very modern. The only thing about staying here was I didn’t get much sleep as they was a couple a few rooms down shouting and screaming from their room because of this I managed to get about an hour which did ruin the stay slightly, other than this everything was perfect. Thank you

One night stop in City
Check in nice and smooth after midnight, Room huge but it was a large disabled room. Everything very new and shiny which you would expect. Bed and pillows were amazing. Didn't use room service or have a breakfast. Great location for city centre but be aware there is no parking on the Hotel site.

Lovely friendly staff on reception during check in and check out. Lovely breakfast. Room was lovely and clean. Absolutely loved the added touch of dove bathroom products, hand wash, body cream, shampoo and conditioner and body wash.

Best Holiday Inn
This is without doubt one of the best Holiday Inns I've ever stayed in. New clean and very friendly staff. Especially Kate who worked on the bar, definitely an asset to the company. Breakfast was filling with a good choice. If i had one minor gripe, you only get 2 Tea bags in your room but can ask for more at reception.
